New-type no-load feeder
Protection of in-hose pellets from moisture absorption
Equipped with the no-load feeder on standard, which can feed the material exhaustively without leaving any material inside the hose
This protects the dried pellets in transit from moisture absorption.
New mechanistic material discharge port
A combination of the sliding cover and switch facilitates pellet discharge at the time of material change.
Lowered floor

Developed a new dehumidification mechanism to supply dehumidified air to the hot air circulation circuit.
This mechanism supplies dehumidified air to the hot air circulation circuit, which recovers and reuses exhaust heat, to dehumidify and dry plastic pellets efficiently in a power-saving way.
Realized approx. 22% reduction of compressor air pressure *NLG15 - 50
The improved dehumidification unit reduces the compressor air pressure by approx. 22% down from the conventional dehumidification dryers of our make (NLD15 - 50)
